They are very fair and reasonable. The gentleman that runs the shop was able to tell me exactly what hat was wrong with my vehicle without trying to over sell me on anything I didn’t need. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Absolutely a disaster! Had to have my rotors (front) and brakes pads (all around) replaced back in January by February they had to replace them due to them already being completely worn and now April is the 3rd time in 4 months they have had to be replaced. (they said this was from my dirt road) a non stop squeak in the driver side tire started about 2 weeks after having the first set done. When I took it in to have them look at it they said it’s the way Mazda is designed and I’m on a dirt road so there’s no way to prevent this and they would need to be blown out with an air compressor every few days. I recently had to return to have Drew and his team check the workings of a front brake after having them for just a few weeks. Turns out the issue was due to a defective part and the replacement was covered by warranty. Drew got me right in and while I was waiting for my vehicle he even educated me on how the entire system works.
