Brakes 4 Less

Stopped in to have brake work completed and Chelsea was honest and up front by telling me I didn’t need brakes at this time and possibly would need rotors in the near future. She also said that my rotors would need to be resurfaced before replacing the brakes if anything and to come back if I noticed a difference in the steering wheel. This is the first business I have encountered that hasn’t just wanted to take money from its customers. If you are looking for brake work without being “upsold” unnecessary items, come and give them a chance

Brakes 4 less are amazing!!! I have never received such great service and care as this place did.. The shop on Dutch Fork Rd., Irmo have outstanding customer service. I will definitely be back.

Got my brakes done and 1 day after I heard grinding with the front brakes. A couple weeks later whistling on my brakes started. I went back to them twice and each time was told there was no issue found. I was also told by a lady at the counter that some of there inexpensive brakes will make a whistling noise. I decided to contact corporate and got an appointment at a different location which was in Lexington. The guy there told me that they will find the problem and resolve it and that's EXACTLY what they did. It's true what they say... Location, location,location

They did a wonderful job helping me with my brakes and more. Chelsea was so understanding. I will bring my vehicle back there next time I have any issues.
