Davis was great today. Pleasant, well-spoken, thorough, & provided great customer service. He took the time to physically show me & explain everything he diagnosed, & it was legit. He gave me quite a few options. We discussed the plans, possible ways costs could be cut (buying parts on my own), & some payment program the company offers… I opted not to go through with services today, as the work would’ve outweighed the worth of my car. However, I appreciated that he covered all the bases, did things by the book & explained safety risks/waiver. I’m pretty sure Davis is the store manager, or else I probably would’ve asked for the manager to express how great he was. He was even willing to speak to my uncle over the phone about the diagnosis. Absolutely 5-star experience. Strongly Recommend Brakes 4 Less at 3210 Bardstown Road. Davis is super friendly and helpful to get our car repaired. Definitely a remark of our first ever visit to Lousville. A great city to come!

Store manager Davis and Technician Sean were extremely helpful in resolving an issue they found when doing a routine break job. They went above and beyond and stayed in constant communication with me and walked me through the best possible options and tried their best to save me money wherever they could. I will definitely be returning for any future brake services I need.

Brakes 4 less on bardstown rd went above and beyond explaining to me my multitude of braking and hydraulic issues. It was as quick as one could do with the amount of issues. Mr. David Johnson took good care of me as best as he could on prices getting it to as reasonable as possible. Good service good warranty and good with quickness of the job.

I met with Davis J today and he went over and beyond to get me in and out quickly. He was there to answer any and all question I had with full confidence. He showed me what I needed done and the why. I would recommend this location to anyone needing breaks in a timely manner.
