Brakes For Less

My car was making a screeching sound when braking, so I made an appointment to have it checked. The mechanic told me that my brake pads still have about 80% life left, so there’s no need to worry. He explained that the factory brake pads are high quality and can last up to around 60,000 miles. He also advised me to replace the pads only when they are actually worn out. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Very recommending this place.

Worked with Mario to understand the options they offer for brakes. They were honest about no need to replace the rotors yet, and no need of a brake fluid flush at this time. They usually offer Powerstop which is a good brand, but we decided for an upgrade to Akebono pads. Their quote was competitive and they were able to get me in right away. I stopped in today for some advice and was presently greeted by 2 professionals. They were busy but they stopped what they were doing to perform a diagnosis on my Tahoe. After their review I ended up dropping my vehicle off back at a shop that had just worked on it. It was great to have them review and diagnose my problem even though they were busy on a car when I arrived. When I need a shop for brake work in the future I will return here.

This was a very pleasant experience! I was able to get an appointment very quickly. There was another woman there waiting and this was her second time at this shop. She said that they are very trustworthy and honest. Mario came in and told both of us we didn't need brakes and even gave percentages of remaining pads. I will definitely go back when I do need brakes. They do routine maintenance, too!

I came in for a last min appointment, and Mario got me scheduled right away. I was able to chill in the comfy break room and watch tv while they fixed my breaks. Overall a great experience!!!
