Horrible service. I brought my car in for a simple brake job, and it left with multiple warning lights on the dashboard in regards to the brakes when it was in perfect condition beforehand. I was then told there were engine-related issues — and somehow that it had nothing to do with the work they performed. They even cleared the light and said it wouldn’t come back. That is unacceptable. It honestly is a chop shop. The staff were dismissive and treated my concerns like they didn’t matter. As a woman, I felt talked down to and not taken seriously. I remained polite and respectful during every interaction and even followed up with their support team, but they refused to properly inspect the vehicle or take responsibility. They also refused any kind of refund. Now I’m stuck paying the deale

JD, Chris, and the whole team here were incredibly nice, professional and fair in pricing. I thought I may have to replace all of the studs on one of my wheels and they ended up being able to fix it instead. I got exceptional service from everyone involved. Thank you so much you guys. I will definitely be a return customer.

Was very happy with this location, I called them out the blue to get in for an oil change last minute and they were able to take care of me right away. I usually go to the location on Quebec cause it’s close to my job but I really liked the customer service Aaron and his team provided. They were all very professional. I will start coming to this location instead. Thank you for helping me with my car needs

I recently had my wife take my Chevy Truck to you guys for brakes. We thought it was gonna be super expensive and we're a little worried. We talked to Darius, he explained everything to her with me on the phone. My wife and I felt very comfortable getting brakes, rotors and some other work. Great service. It was also done sooner than they said. Thanks guys we'll be back.

My experience at this breaks plus location was amazing! Eric was great and made sure to give me the best price possible for my vehicle and was very kind and friendly. The whole staff as great and I will be returning back anytime I need maintenance. Thank you team !
