Brakes Plus

I write this review after a day and a half of investigating and research as to not be unjust to any one individual. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, with a coupon, $59.95. I was, after about 15 minutes, informed that I would need 2 lug nuts and stem replacement totaling over $300 and if I didn’t have it done my vehicle would have to be towed. I refused. I called my mechanic, ceased the tire rotation, and asked to proceed with the oil change. I paid for the oil change but initially refused to sign the paperwork. I was told if I didn’t sign he couldn’t release my vehicle, which he immediately reconsidered. I’ve always done most maintenance on my vehicle vehicles so I’ve always been a little weary of taking my vehicle in to get worked on. They really worked with me on an issue. I was having with my 2021 Nissan Sentra. They diagnosed it a couple times and couldn’t necessarily pinpoint exactly what the issue was. I suggested a certain thing get installed and they were willing to work with me on some of the parameters, which was amazing. Took care of the issue with my vehicle. I haven’t lived in Brighton too long, but it’s been really nice to know that these guys are a very solid trustworthy option. Just feel like there’s a lot of great people that work here. Appreciate the transparency and a fair price, them working with me to get my vehicle situation resolved.

I have used the Brighton Brakes Plus to do a lot of front end work, brakes, struts and shocks, plus many more repairs. They do wonderful work and guarantee warranty for a very long time. Their customer service is fabulous and they are straight to the point. I will be a life long customer of this location specifically!

Great customer service today with Junior. ( John) He was very genuine/friendly and respectful. He explained everything thoroughly. They got me in and took care of my car in a timely manner.

Customer services was 10/10. I called over the phone, they quickly gave me a same day appointment for my oil change. John was great and went above and beyond to fix a small isssue that was going on with my battery that was making it a nightmare for me to turn my car on every day. I’m so happy with brakes plus service, especially John!
