Dealing with car maintenance is never enjoyable, but the staff here makes it a whole lot painless! I was taken care of by Sandy today for getting my breaks done and her customer service is exceptional! From booking my appointment over the phone to checking out she was absolutely wonderful! I noticed every employee checking in on arriving customers and asking if they had been helped yet. Many thanks to all of them for helping me out today.

No communication. Take the day off before you schedule anything. I took my car in because my breaks were being spotty. I scheduled an appointment for a break pad replacement thinking that was the issue. After waiting the full hour thirty, they came back out to tell me my brake pads were good, but threw a $1,600 list of other issues I needed to take care of. They did throw a discount on the overall price, but I didn't know they were inspecting my car and they didn't let me know till they were done. So problem not solved, but located. They said I needed these issues fixed immediately and to keep my car parked till we went through with the fixes. I decided to jump the gun and go ahead with a second appointment fixing everything they had listed, they ordered in parts so I could get my car in

Jess with brakes plus is amazing! I’m a young father with two kids and a a stay at home wife, we have one vehicle used for work and our sons school, we have a limited budget and Jess was phenomenal at working with our budget!! I am over the moon grateful for the quality of service and human interaction I had here! 12/12 would recommend and I have definitely found my new service shop! Also if you want a great cup of coffee in this snow there Kureig machine is awesome! Thankyou Ms. Jess!!!

I first came to get a checkup super fast and Fernando provided me what I needed to know he’s super helpful. I came again to get my wheel bearings changed they had my info from previously coming in and took me in to get same day repairs. I recommend coming here it’s super fast and convenient! Brandon, the service advisor at Brakes Plus, was very nice and professional. He was able to get me in early before my scheduled appointment and had my brakes, rotors, and belts replaced the same day. If you need yours done, go see him at Brakes Plus—great service and a smooth experience overall!
