Absolutely amazing people! I’ve never seen such genuine people that truly care about their customers in all my experiences of auto services. I wish I could give them more stars! What an amazing staff at 4900 N. May! Nick, Malyke, and Justin are incredible. My work truck needed rear brakes desperately, but it is hard to take it out of service to do it. Called Saturday around 11a and asked if they could get me done in the same day. Especially given it is a 2015 Ram 3500 dually. I dropped it off around 1130 and they worked diligently to get me back on the road Saturday evening. They typically close at 5p on Saturday, but they stayed until almost 7:30 to fulfill what they agreed to. SAME DAY SERVICE!!. I will definitely be using them for my other work vehicles and my personal vehicles. Great group of guys. Hard to find service like this in today's world. Much appreciated guys!!

Clean, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure there were no other issues with my car. There was no upselling, no extra fees, and they tried to save me money without sacrificing quality or safety. Everyone has a great attitude and is super helpful! They checked in with me frequently. The free inspection is also a great value. The bathrooms are clean, and there is complementary coffee and water available. Thanks for making sure my car is safe! Keep up the great work!

Super nice from the start and done a thorough inspection on my vehicle and I really appreciate it for mine and my family's safety on the road. This is my second time using Brakes Plus and they always do a great job of explaining what is going on with my cars. They are honest and professional. Pamela is an excellent front desk receptionist. She is very friendly and informative.
