sometimes life’s lessons cost you and it cost me $380 find out that I should never bring a vehicle to this place. The other day while picking up the kids from school my engine overheated so I immediately checked my coolant and found I was bone dry. I looked around the reservoir to see if there was any noticeable leaking and found none and figured maybe I had just run out so I filled it and drove it home and when I popped the hood, it was empty again with no leaking around the coolant reservoir. I figured there must be an issue with a hose or more than likely the radiator because that’s the most common issue but just to make sure I filled it again and again it bled right through with no leaking around the reservoir. So I wasn’t going to write a review but the technician who serviced my oil change, Riley Nord, insisted mention his name in a 5 star review. Unfortunately he did not deliver 5 star service. He did not replace my oil cap afterwards causing oil to get ALL OVER my engine and belts causing a burning oil smell I cannot get to go away now. Also a fire hazard. I will not be returning to brakes plus probably ever bc that serviced caused me more headache, especially over the Christmas holiday, than I ever needed. So if you go here, don’t leave the lot without double checking their work bc they will not double check their work and it’ll cause you issues.

I called to get a price range for all my rotors and pads to be replaced. I explained I already had them all looked at and am calling around for estimates. Was told around $230 for each axle. I confirmed for pads and rotors? They said yes so I brought my car up. They then took everything apart and inspected again, called me to quote almost $1200. Just went to get my car and go elsewhere. Parts were $400 for everything (when I bought them myself) so the labor is $800? Also stood at the desk for a while when dropping off and picking up before I was acknowledged by anyone. Just wish they had given me a more accurate answer on the first phone call so all that time wasn't wasted.

They just steel money. They said my car needs 4 hour labor but called me back after 1 hour and 50 min and said your vehicle is done. But they charged me for four hour. 1260$ for just an Alternator. And after that now now my car bumper is loose and won’t fit anymore. They give the highest price. I would never recommend this store to anyone. I couldn’t go anywhere else because my car wouldn’t start. And i came to this store with three time jump start the battery on the way. Tow would cost me a lot more than repair so i had no choice to accept it. I would never go back. The shop beside them said an alternator is 250$ but they charged me 440$ for just alternator.

They were able to ease my worries about finding a good place for some repairs I needed. Installed seat belts, charged A/C, fixed turn signal, and fixed the fan motor. We did run into an issue with the fan motor not working after I left, however, they had me come right back so they could make it right. It did cost some more, but they provided a discount for the inconvenience of coming back. So very happy with the customer service.
