Brakes Plus

I've been coming here for years. They always do a great job and the prices aren't bad at all. I stopped by tonight for an oil change and alignment. Zack and Nicholas were both very friendly and informative. They gave me a good deal on the service and had my car done in about an hour. Super fast and friendly!

From the moment I discussed what I needed with Makenzie on the phone prior to going in, until I checked out I received great service. The prices were competitive and they also honor veterans. Honest reputable services are so hard to find these days in my opinion. They earned my trust and did the work in a timely manner. Thanks again

I came in here a few months ago on accident and they redirected me to the right location (a completely different place). They were so nice that I decided to come here for my oil change this time. Zack helped me today and everyone was as nice as last time I was here. They even price matched Grease Monkey’s promotion for me :) It was an hour’s estimate for an oil change and tire rotation (Oil Change Plus package). They broke 2 lug nuts but took accountability to inform me and replace them free of charge.

The whole team was wonderful! My brakes were randomly squeaking at times. Of course, I read the reviews coming in, and 4.7 stars was encouraging, so I decided to bring my car here. As a woman, I always dread taking my car in. The list is usually long, and I spend time Googling things out to decide what is needed and what is not a priority. This time I didn't have to do it. Zack was very detailed with all the answers; he was not pushy about any services and applied every coupon available to bring the cost down. Great customer service.

My mom took her Truck here to have the locking lug nuts removed after being told by Costco tire service they couldn't find/ remove them due to the key not being found. The Brakes plus team was kind enough to locate the "missing" key inside the truck and called with the good news and instructed that we would no longer need to break/repurchase new lug nuts. They saved my mom time and money which she appreciates so much! We will definitely be returning here for there exceptional customer service and kindness.
