Evelyn, with whom I conducted all my business with Brakes & More, was always pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. The work my car required was done well; my car drives smoothly again. The service did take a few days longer than I expected, but either Evelyn or an auto tech would call me with the update. This a NAPA certified shop.

I was very happy with the customer service I received. I also really appreciated that they laid all my options out in a way that made me feel there was no pressure to more forward.
