Really impressed with the team at Brakes Plus Roanoke. Their mission statement is not just another pointless statement hanging on a wall. Highly recommend this place for your vehicle Maintenance.
I had a tire on my car that kept loosing air, Hethar was not only friendly but also isolated the issue very quickly. Charles assisted and closed me out extremely quick. Super fast process and they were on it!
Haven’t used their services but can say I would NEVER based on how they drive. Tailgated every one on 820 including me. Swerving all over the place and harassing every car and he easily was going 20 over. If you’re going to drive like an absolute jerk at least don’t do it in a vehicle with your business on it.
Originally called them for convenience. I was suspicious my rear drum brakes were the problem. The tech ASSURED me he checked my rear drum brakes and that my front brakes were the issue. Fast forward 70-ish days. Just got my rear brakes done and they said they were surprised I was still stopping due to how bad they were. I fully feel the tech took advantage of me and didn’t want to do his job because the drum brakes are harder to do. Now I’ve paid for 2 sets of brakes and I’m fairly sure my front ones were never the issue. I do not recommend this company.
I had them do rear pads since they were running thin and i know usually it takes the pads about 500 miles to get seated properly and atop squeeking. after about 500 miles, I reached out to the company ask them for advice since they were still squeaking and they said it could take up to 1000 miles. So now after 1500 miles I’ve reached out to them again Stating that they are still squeaking. They were eager to come out, but we’re wanting to charge me if the tech did not find anything wrong with the brakes. So what kind of warranty do you provide if I still have to end up paying for the tech to come out when the brakes started to squeak after you replaced the pads. Their reply was let’s play it by ear. Which basically meant To me that I’m gonna cancel the appointment and not worry about it an
