I had an excellent experience with my service advisor, Bianco. He provided quality, attentive service, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. His customer service was superb I couldn’t be happier! My vehicle even came back freshly washed, which was a great touch. I highly recommend Bianco and will definitely be back to see him for my next service in 6 months.

I needed to do maintenance to several parts: The steering wheel was stiff, the brake pads needed to be changed, I have a leak on the windshield reservoir tank, my short beams lights were dim and I was trying to look for an upgrade to the Cue system. After I realized that my warranty did not cover most of them, I went ahead with the reparation of leaking on the windshield fluid reservoir and they told me that the issue was on the washer pump. After 2 weeks and a discussion due to fees that, they tried to charge me without a previous clear explanation; I picked up my car to find out that the leak was still. They told me it was a loose hose but, right now, I am not really sure if the washer pump was even necessary to be replaced. Also, they supposedly did a multi-point inspection, and I reali

***BUYER BEWARE, THIS IS OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED*** Please service your Cadillac at Williamson Cadillac, there is a reason Williamson has a 2 week waiting period, and Braman Cadillac has availability in 2 days. Williamson charges $200/hour for labor and $200 for a diagnostic. Braman wants to charge $500 for a diagnostic and $500 an hour, because it appears their parts are made of gold. On top of that, the person I spoke to on the phone was just plain rude. Do not waste your time or money, do not call here.

I have to agree with the prior review left by another reviewer this year which stated: ***BUYER BEWARE, THIS IS OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED*** (see his review) I had a similar experience.

SAMUEL deserves all the recognition as a service advisor! Five stars! 10/10! He helped me tremendously during an emergency situation with my Cadillac. My experience with him couldn’t have been more pleasant. A million thank yous!!!!!!
