Brandon Collision was great to me! Someone hit me and I took it to them because I wanted to use a Ford dealer. Carlos was amazing! He kept me updated every step of the way and was very helpful in answering all my questions.

Dropped off my car on a Tuesday and had it back the following Tuesday. Cindy and Adam were great to work with and made me feel like I was their most important customer. My truck looks great and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I would definitely recommend Brandon Collision to anyone needing repairs.

I was extremely cautious when bringing my vehicle to Brandon Collision as I am very particular about my assets and take extreme care of everything I own. Although, the second I left my keys with Denny Hancock I knew there would be no stone left unturned with my truck. The communication I experienced was like no other in the automotive industry, extremely detailed and friendly. I was updated almost daily as to the progress of my truck and I could not ask for anything more. The quality of work far exceeded my expectations, the truck looked as if it just came off the factory assembly line. I cannot thank these people enough for their hard work and effort. Had my moms Toyota Rav in for repair and they did a great job. Thank you Rocco for all your help and the wonderful communications! They did have an issue with the TPMS 2 times, replace twice and they could not get it to reset. Thanks to Carlos for stepping in and saying that it needed to be programmed through Toyota. He made a call and I went there and it was fixed in 10 minutes!! So grateful for this team … highly recommend them. Thanks again!

Got my car back and it looks better than when I gave it to them. They went beyond the actual detail job... I’ve gotten that same experience twice now at Brandon collision. Third experience: I got my car back from them like three months ago and it’s still looking nice and shiny from their detail! Brandon collision is where i will take my car every time. In my experience, you shouldn’t gamble by going somewhere else after you’ve received good treatment consistently.
