Brandon RV

This is the most incredible RV dealer I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. From the very first call, to seeing a camper, to financial info and last but not least, the service department. Every step of the way, we were treated with dignity and respect and the whole entire team was fun. The owner, is fun and knows how to treat his customers. I want to thank everyone at Brandon's RV for making our purchase an absolutely delightful experience. You can be sure I will sing your praises and we will come back to you if we ever buy another camper.

As others have mentioned, as soon as they’ve taken your money they disappear. The solar charging system on my Sunday 109E stopped working soon after purchase, while under warranty. Originally Scott referred me to a third party mechanic. That mechanic told me to schedule drop off at Brandon RV. Since then, I’ve tried every method to contact Scott or anyone else at Brandon RV: multiple voicemails, emails, Facebook Messenger, website contact form… it’s been about a month and no one has contacted me. I live almost 2 hours away so it’s not easy to stop by in person, but that is likely my next step. Buyer beware.

They were great right up until they got paid. Once the camper was off the lot it has been a battle for the service department to respond to calls or emails. They told me their mobile repair would come if I had issues but when I need it no response. In the past 2 months I have sent 3 emails, called, and send a Facebook message with no response. I’ve had the camper 2 years and have had multiple issues already. I’m beyond disappointed.

We just bought a Vista Cruiser RV from this dealer. We are very pleased with how everything went from the beginning, the day before to the actual purchase. Everyone that we dealt with, was extremely helpful. From the manager to the business person to the technical guy who set up everything and gave us instructions. Thank you Brandon RV. I would recommend you without any doubt.

Last Wednesday we purchased a brand new Shadow Cruiser! Your expertise and customer service is excellent! Camper College was easy to understand and he was very patient in answering all our many questions. Thank you again! We can't wait for Memorial Day weekend! Stephen and Sharon Bailey
