Brandon provided outstanding service when he towed our car off a gravel road. He took great care securing the vehicle and handled everything professionally from start to finish. What really stood out was how careful and attentive he was the entire time — you can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right. He also drove my wife and me home while towing the car over 85 miles to our destination, which we truly appreciated. We contacted Brandon’s Towing & Recovery out of Athens, GA on 1/9/26 after one of our drivers experienced a load shift on an open-deck flatbed carrying steel. One piece (approximately 61 lbs) had fallen off the trailer, and another piece (approximately 260 lbs) was hanging partially off the side. When we reached out, Brandon’s Towing requested photos and the exact location of the trailer, which we promptly provided. After further coordination with our driver, we advised that it would be best for service to be performed Saturday morning, 1/10/26, as we had not yet agreed on pricing or scope of work. Excellent service with professional manner. Brandon gives professional advise and support when he checks you out, be chill and let him know what you needed. My truck broke down on the freeway and his tech came less than an hour, helped my truck get moving.

Showed up ready to work and worked professionally and quickly. He was amazing. He is determined and dependable. Willing to go out of his way to help. May small mechanic but one of the best businesses in the area.

My car broke down over an hour away from home, around 6:30pm. I called Brandon and he answered on the second ring. Super Respectful and took care of me , he picked up my car (which I've got to admit and say Brandon I'm sorry) was probably in the worst position to load up, he then hauled it an hr away and dropped it off. He was respectful, responsive, and even reasonable on his price. I am truly grateful he answered. I hope I never need him again but if I do I won't hesitate to call....
