I had a really great experience here after what turned into a complicated insurance situation. My car was originally repaired, but it turned out the insurance report failed to include an alignment issue, so I had to bring the car back. Situations like that can easily become frustrating, but the shop handled everything incredibly well. They were patient, communicated directly with my insurance company, and made the whole process as painless as possible. During the time my car was there, they kept me updated and were always helpful. Lou, the owner, personally got involved and was extremely communicative, efficient, and kind. Highly recommend Branning's Brunswick Auto Body! After my 2014 Lexus RX350 was in an accident, I used Geico insurance and had it towed here — the entire process from drop-off to pickup was excellent. Special shoutout to Yanaris at the front desk — super friendly, professional, and even reminded me that using a credit card adds a 3% fee, so I switched to debit and saved money. Fran and Selena were also fantastic and very helpful. They sent daily text updates on repair progress. Yes, it took two days longer than expected, but when I got my car back, it was spotless inside and out, and the repairs were flawless. Only downside: the Enterprise rental car next door — poor service, gave me oversized or damaged vehicles despite smaller options online, and pushed cars over my budget. Skip them. But

I usually do not right reviews ( good or bad), but I had to for this one. In Aug 2025, my 3 month old Tesla was involved in a hit and run incident. A VW zetta crossed over double yellow line and T-boned my car on the left front side. Significant damages, car had to be towed away. Branning being a Tesla approved body shop, the car was taken there. I was (am) supper impressed with the way Sur, Fran, Yanaris and Kanish handled everything from checking the car in to finally delivering it. Zero hassle, 100% work done. After delivery, I noticed some noise coming from the front left door. I took my car back and they promptly addressed the issue on the same day. I am very pleased I got my work done in Branning, East Brunswick and would highly recommend them.

My quarter panel was damaged from a hit and run, Louie the production manager was amazing! One thing is reception was absolutely terrible. Three people giving me three different stories on my car. I was so mad at them I went down to the collision place and demanded to speak to the manager! One of the reception people told me the day prior my bumper was torn off! Louie came and spoke with me and showed me my car after telling him these horrible updates I got from reception. He explained everything in detail and the process and I could not be any happier! After that I only spoke to Louie about my car. The collision team was amazing fixing my quarter panel and when I got my baby back it was like I was driving off with a new car!!!! I’m only giving 5 stars because of Louie and his team!

Wife hit a deer, Car was towed into branning same day (11/18) as geico was great and very responsive and helpful to get the immediate attention we needed. A couple days later I received a text from branning that the car would be ready by 12/5. Then, I received an updated text a day or 2 later that the car was ahead of schedule and woul be ready by 12/1. Great, right??? Then I received a text a couple days later that it was still on schedule to be fixed by 12/5. OK, sure. However, I received 3 phone calls after that on 3 different days. All 3 calls said that 1st they received a damaged headlight and had to order another one. OK, I get it, no worries. Then I get a call a couple days later that some part for the AC unit wasn't correct and they had to order another one. The 3rd call I was tol
