The staff is so friendly and helpful!
The store is clean, always have what we need. And most of all the guys that work there are helpful, respectful, and always polite.
I was in need of a new battery for my car. I usually go to the AutoZone on 341 in Brunswick for all my automotive needs. I was told to try Brantley Auto in Nahunta. I'd heard good things, and I prefer to shop local if at all possible, so I decided to give Brantley Auto a try. I was told to ask for Tanner. I was blown away with this young man. Professional, polite, vast product knowledge, and a genuine interest in getting me in and back on the road ASAP. Thank you Tanner. Because of yesterday, I will now be going to Brantley Auto as my primary source for all things auto! Excellent job!!!!
Talked with a lady looking for a part that they did not have in stock. She actually called me back after doing some looking and gave me an alternate location in a neighboring town where I could get it. This is how you do customer service.
Friendly staff and was very helpful with answering our questions. Would definitely recommend going there to buy your car parts.
