It has been some years since I came across someone like BJ and Brass Knuckle Auto. Very respectful, kind, and all around great guy. Really saved me big time and got my truck up and running. Highly recommend.

I visited Brass Knuckles Auto-Shop to have four tires installed, one of which I had already paid for in advance. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was overcharged, and the staff member I dealt with was rude and disrespectful throughout the process. The location itself is also in a rough area, which only added to the discomfort. The only reason I chose this shop was because it was recommended by the company I purchased the tires from. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place—I will not be returning.

The owner really did a great job. I had an appointment on a Friday but felt my car was not safe for operating. So I had to rent a car. He told me to drop off earlier in week and he would try to look at when he could. He saved me a day worth of car rentals from doing this. I will be doing all my repair work here for now on.

If you ever need your vehicle fixed or you are looking for a new mechanic. Give this place a try. I highly recommend them! Took my car here to get my rear wheel bearings replaced and they replaced them with no issues or random added cost. They also did the work the same drop off day in just a few hrs. Will take all my vehicles here moving forward. Thank you for the “no headache” experience lol!
