I’m so glad I found Braun Autowerks! The customer service and communication is amazing. They don’t just tell you what’s wrong, they show you with video and photos, and keep a record of everything so you see for yourself on your phone. I was able to view & sign to approve the work all via a link from a text. Extremely trustworthy and reliable. I will be using them for as long as I have my VW.

The diagnostics are spot on, the work is performed promptly and communicated excellently, the pricing is right on and you don’t feel like you are being sold servicing that your car does not need. The owner and main technician, Charlie, is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward and honest. Even more, he is very friendly and approachable with questions, comments and good old car talk! He nearly instantly diagnosed a vibration in my BMW that no other shops (3) could figure out, took care of it and set the appropriate expectations before carrying out the work - a level of transparency that seems to be far and few between. Charlie at Bruan is an amazing mechanic. Very knowledgeable about foreign cars and a BMW certified tech. Very fair pricing and did a wonderful job on our vehicle. If you are looking for a reliable, fairly prices and highly knowledgeable mechanic who can get you on right away, look no further! If I could give thes business a hundred stars I would! I’ve had a terrible experience w other local mechanics, but not this business. They are in another league!
