Called about getting an oil change and my tail light fixed. They were able to see me the same day. My tail light was out due to some wiring being disconnected, they didn’t charge me for it since all they did was reconnect it. They also had 20% off deal for oil changes. Was in and out in under an hour. Everyone was super friendly, the waiting room is clean. Great service, great price, great customer experience. Thank you!

I couldn't be happier with this place. The mechanic, Jay, not only showed me, in detail, the issues he found, but because the work was only going to be ~15 minutes worth and not very involved, he did all the work *for free*. A lot of other shops would charge to cover their bay usage and time even it was light, but he had 0 reservations doing me a huge favor and saving me those costs. As someone who also does their own car work from time to time, I was very pleasantly surprised that he was nonchalant about letting me stay inside the bay while doing the work just so I could take a better look under my car for myself (I also helped a little with holding the light since he needed both hands for some tool use, which he would have been fine without it, but I never once had a shop that would bas

Hate to have to leave a negative review after good previous experiences. 3rd or 4th time getting oil changed with Bravos today and ended up paying $30 more this time. Website shows 20% off for oil changes that was obviously not applied. Wanted this to be our regular go to Mechanic but sadly won't be. Enjoyed the timely manner of oil changes but not the 50+% increase in charges.. Also left something hanging from the grill that we didn't notice till many miles down the road..

They always do a great job to take care of my personal vehicle and our companies fleet vehicles. High quality technicians who fix things the right way. They even go above and beyond beyond to help their customers in need. Won’t use any other shop.

My new fuel pump was running after I turned off my engine. Van also started leaking power steering fluid after letting their mechanics work on it. My van already had issues, but these guys said they had a fix and charged me $700+ for an issue I’m still having, plus new issues too. Just say you don’t know how to fix it!!!! (Cue the long response explaining how I’m wrong and they did nothing unprofessional) Typical San Antonio BS!
