AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL. Please read.... I recently took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to the dealership to have stock Mopar headlights installed, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. When I scheduled the appointment, I was quoted $1,060 plus tax for the original Mopar headlights. That was perfectly fine with me. I made an 8:30 AM Friday appointment, dropped off my vehicle, and didn’t hear anything until 4:30 PM, when I was finally told that the dealership actually did NOT have the headlights in stock—even though they had confirmed earlier in the week that they did. I was told the work would be completed first thing Monday. On Monday, I called at 11 AM, 2 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4 PM, and every single time I was sent to the service department’s voicemail. I even trie

$6,000 wasted! I’ve taken my truck to this shop five consecutive times, and each visit has failed to fix the actual problem. Every time, I’ve been charged between $1,000 and $1,600, and yet the issue — a coolant leak — still isn’t fixed. I’ve repeatedly asked to speak with the manager, but no one ever returns my calls. The lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating. At this point, they’ve gotten their money, and I’m left with a truck that still leaks coolant. Absolutely unacceptable service.
