I do most of my own auto work, but a new set of TPMS sensors was kicking my butt and refusing to pair. The tech only took a few minutes in the parking lot and with the right tool and know-how had the sensors paired and working perfectly. After years of enjoying their tire sculptures it was great to see the quality of service matches their creativity! I'll be sending them my business in the future.

Asked for a set of tires not normally in stock and they had them in 1 day. Mounted and balanced and out the door in less than an hours at a lower cost then the other dealers I received quotes from. The 2019 Ridgeline they are mounted on is running smoothly. Very happy with the service and the price and will go back.

I paid $1,200 + dollars to have 4 new tires replaced on my car. I am new to PA and am accustomed to tire mechanics aligning tires when they replace old, bald tires. When I came to pick up my car I asked if they aligned my tires. The lady at the front desk said, "We only align tires when it's needed." Fast forward 4 months later and my front two tires are bald. I called and spoke to a manager. He said, "Many businesses do not align new tires and many customers pay more than 1,200 dollars." I posed the obvious, rhetorical question, "Do most customers get 4 months out of their tires?" Obviously they get more life out of their tires. I was referred by Noah’s auto in Hanover. My engine threw a rod while my car was there being inspected. I have been dealing with Joe and he has been amazing! He is extremely helpful and kind in a nightmare of a situation. I have had to call them multiple times and each time there’s no sense of frustration with me. He even went as far as printing out the recall info on my vehicle/ numbers to call, and gave me insight on what he would do if it were him. They are Trustworthy and knowledgeable. Fast, friendly and professional. I called about a tire size. Joe was very helpful. When I arrived, they immediately started working on my car. I was in and out in less than 30 mins.
