Bremen Village Apartments

The manager was very helpful in the time I lived here. The maintenance helped when something was wrong. I lived here for 3 year's it was a stepping stone for me too get back on my feet. Honestly this is a very nice place. I have seen some bad low income places. This isn't one of them. I just bought my first home.

It's a really nice place to live if you're looking for affordable housing. Very nice property. Very spacious apartments.

not a bad place to live if you are on the south side. i originally lived on the northside and now it’s so much more peaceful that I don’t have to deal with some of the older ladies that were on the north side😅🩷

Do not and I repeat do not move here. Between the extremely nosy neighbors and the wacko property manager you will regret your decision. I have lived here for quite some time and I am seriously considering moving. I am very uncomfortable living here and I have developed some form of anxiety. The neighbors will report you for the most absurd things and the property manager will take action immediately by violating you without any proof. The property manager loves to make-up her own delusional, make-believe rules and leave constant notes at your door. This place was once peaceful but now it has become more like a prison camp and she is the Warden.

This is a horrible place to live, the older lady’s don’t like kids living there and will call the cops and lie non Stop to try and get you kicked out. The property manager says she will help you but then treats you horribly as well. My kids and I have never been able to feel like this is a home how they’ve treated us.
