GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! 14-Day Wait for an Emergency Tire Leak? Zero Regard for Safety. I contacted this shop regarding a tire on my Range Rover Sport that had dropped to 1 PSI. I explained the urgency to a woman who answered the phone named Bobbi. Bobbi replied that they were 2 weeks out, but asked me to hold on so she could ask the manager (Kyle) if they could work me in. The response from this shop was that they couldn't see me for two weeks. Yeah, you read that right. 2 weeks!!! Talk about terrible service and a total disregard for customer safety. In two weeks, a tire at that pressure would be completely unrepairable, likely resulting in a $500+ replacement and potential wheel damage, if not worse! I never had a vehicle serviced here before, but my mother recently sustained a severe injury and needed a headlamps replaced in addition to a front-end alignment. She handed me her keys and a credit card and sent me on my way to Brenner Tire & Auto. Then she informed me that this service shop is "first come first serve" so of course I had a few reservations in my mind. They were very busy with all bays filled when I arrived but I no sooner spoke with the service writer and a mechanic was already retrieving my mother's car to begin work. New lights worked, they aligned the entire car front and rear, labor was surprisingly affordable, and I was driving away happy in under two hours. Satisfied customer!

Have always had great service here. Have never been pressured into b.s. repairs, service counter guys seem to be straight-shooters. Waaaaay too many garages nowadays just want to rake you over the coals for some ticky-tacky repair, that hasn't happened here. Also, PA car inspections are free, I've been all over this state and nobody does that. Prices are resonable for the minor steering/suspension repairs I've had done here.

I went into to get a flat tire patched. The person that checked it said it was fine. 5 minutes after driving out of there I have to stop to put more air in the tire he said was fine. I had someone else do it, took them all of 10 minutes (half the time I spent waiting)
