Brent and his team did excellent work in solving a problem that developed with my truck . Had me up and running again by end of next day . Very happy with results. Good communication, straight to the point . Highly recommend.
Brent and his team are top-notch. We had an ongoing issue with our car that wasn’t immediately apparent, which caused a lot of frustration as we tried to get it resolved. Over the course of a few weeks, we had to have the car towed to Brent’s multiple times. Throughout the entire process, they were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain the problems and worked with us to get everything sorted out. We truly appreciate their dedication and highly recommend Brent’s to anyone needing honest, reliable auto service.
I know less than zero about auto troubleshooting and repair, so im dependent on skilled mechanics to diagnose the problem and fix it. This puts me in a vulnerable spot and susceptible to being gouged. No such worries with Brent. He and his team are great at diagnosing the problem and fixing it at a price that’s more than fair.
After thousands of dollars & dissatisfaction from other local mechanics in the area, i was recommended to Brent’s Auto Care. If you are reading this review, Let me tell you after finally going to Brent’s Shop was probably one of the best decisions i’ve made. Brent and his crew are friendly, helpful and outright honest. Just a single conversation with Brent himself you can tell he’s a very knowledgeable mechanic along with GM expert/die hard Cadillac Fan.
