We have been customers for homeowners insurance since 2021 but haven't needed much contact until we purchased a new car in February 2026. Mikayla was so friendly and eager to help when I called. She immediately sent me the declarations page for our current homeowners policy and sent me a quote for the new car purchase within the hour. Once we had the VIN, Mikayla had our new insurance policy written, finalized and sent over to us in less than 30 mins so we could show proof of insurance. The process was incredibly easy without any hiccups. We are very happy with the customer service and quick response time.
