Absolutely amazing staff!! My car broke down, and they showed up quickly and were a delight to work with. Can't ask for a better company when you are in distress.

My little sister moved my car the night prior and left it in front my my house. I've never left my car on the road during a winter ban. This company decided it's best to pray on first time offenders. The result was $285. $200 for the tow tacked with a $85 dollar "administration fee" they threatened to add an additional $80 a day for storage. As someone who's not made of money I see this practice as shark like and heed others to go to a more reputable car mechanic. Two great ones in town is Ed's Auto and GTA. Stay away from Briand's unless you want to be robbed.

My son-in-law dropped his car off for an inspection and had to pay for repairs when he picked up the car. I was a bit shocked because he didn't authorize them to fix anything. I returned to the shop with my son-in-law to discuss the issue because I had fully expected to fix any issues myself. The issues were minor and to their credit they were willing to refund the labor portion of the bill after a lengthy discussion. One thing that I found upsetting is that they have a policy of fixing any problems they find without contacting the customer. They said that all their customers trust them to go forward with any work and they do not have time to make phone calls. I found this policy very odd and hadn't experienced this anywhere else. I can't really comment on their trustworthines

The most trustworthy, knowledgeable & pleasant automotive mechanic I have ever dealt with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their car. & I plan on taking my vehicle to them for all future repairs. It's so nice to feel good about doing business with someone. Not only are they great mechanics but they are also lovely human beings.

We all know what a terrible experience it can be to deal with auto mechanics after already having to deal with the added stress of car issues. This was entirely the opposite case with Keith. He was so laid back and willing to make the process as smooth and easy as possible. He estimated to fix my car it would be about 45 minutes and cost $85. Well, he fixed my car in 25 minutes and it ended up costing $70. A lower cost than initially estimated is unheard of in the automotive repair world! I was extremely pleased with his level of customer service and I am happy to say I don't need to search for a new car mechanic in the future. I would definitely recommend Briand's to anyone looking for a stressless car repair experience!
