Brian’s shop used to be one of the most reliable mechanics in town. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined significantly in recent years. Since new staff were hired, we’ve experienced repeated issues with our vehicles after service — including instances where the vehicle wouldn’t start or developed problems that weren’t present beforehand right after returning home with said vehicle. Communication has also been a major concern. The individual who answers the phone, Dave, has consistently failed to relay customer concerns and requests to Brian and has been discourteous during interactions. This shop is amazing and definitely a top notch place to go! Brian is very knowledgeable and never misses a beat when it comes to repairs! I came in for a broken spark plug inside of my GT #5 cylinder, the extraction repair was quick and greatly priced!!! Much love for the team at this shop and highly recommend!
