Brian was the perfect person for me to go to about our 02 M5. He was able to correct some sensors that were faulty, he checked all of the levels, gave her an oil change, and even hooked my blue tooth up that had been unhooked for over a year. He was very communicative through the whole process and I think he will be the one I go to for all future BMW complications.
My experience with Mr. Brian at Brian’s Motor Werkes was absolutely amazing. I had the opportunity to go over multiple options and ways to repair my vehicle. The repairs were major; needed a transmission and some engine repair. We all know that driving a BMW is not cheap; let alone the repair cost. Mr. Brian was very patient throughout the entire process. He did not try and take my money nor was his work shady. Mr. Brian was professional and understanding. He explained everything I needed and waited patiently for my decision to proceed with repairs.
