We were traveling on highway 29 when it was -20F and we couldn’t go faster than 35. Called and they knew we had a frozen throttle block. Pulled in and they diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly, topped off the tires and sent us on our way. Very friendly, helpful and was done no charge. Super service.

Had my vehicle serviced and detailed the other day. I had to double check if I was in the right vehicle. My vehicle looked, smelled, and felt brand new! I came over here after a poor experience at a different local dealership- I had quite literally left the last dealership in tears ready to give up and was recommended to go to Brickners and meet Bob. Bob single handedly altered my entire view of buying a vehicle, as I was a little gun shy from my previous experience. It was almost like chatting with an old friend! I was given the keys and just told “go for a ride and see how you feel!” with no strings attached or hoops to jump through. I was given free range to explore the vehicle on my own without pressure and felt very much heard through my whole experience! I was never pressured for anything extra or outside my comfort, and was given the same care I hope my own loved ones would receive! I can very honestly say that the experience I had
