Do not do business here with these people (griffin location) Bob may seem nice, but he is a crook & a liar. Jan 2nd 2024 i gave him my car because i suspected timing was off. 2 months later i finally get a call back stating “hey we installed the parts, but now your car wont start, but we’ll need $3800+ to go back and fix it” ON PARTS THAT THEY PROVIDED. he claimed the cause of failure was that my reluctor ring spun and messed up the timing, Can you imagine DRIVING your car to a repair facility, waiting months to get it back only for the mechanic to say it wont start? But it only gets WORSE from here. He stated that he’ll tackle weld it in place to keep the timing correct, he demanded $3800+ for this so i declined. BEWARE Of THEIR WARRANTY....I took my truck in to their griffin location to have my transmission fixed which is under their warranty 36/100k but they refuse to honor or fix. They sent transmission to their warranty person Louis who informed me that the upgrade I paid $4000 for was not what they installed but another regular factory transmission. Not only do they want me to pay another $3200 to replace THEIR WARRANTY but I didn't even receive the right transmission to begin with. Thieves call that "BAIT and SWITCH" now I'll be forced to seek a legal attorney if I ever want justice. They need to simply acknowledge their mistake and fix it. Sad thing is nice Manager but POOR and SHADY CORPORATION TO pull this.

I took my truck there a week ago because my service light came on went to Locust Grove Brickyard Automotive after a couple of hours they called me back and stated I needed to replace two sensors was told would take of my problem for the sum of over $600.00 but did not repair it made the problem worse. Then couple of hours later they stated I need to replace cam phasers for the sum of $1,300 did not let them repair it went to drive the truck drove worst then ever at that point I was livid so I took the truck home went to another mechanic with two cam phasers that I purchased from Ford for $515 this did not correct the problem either.
