Bridge Auto Spa

Extremely bad experience. This is the second time in a row I come here and find the place closed or completely blocked with traffic, with ZERO notice or respect for customers’ time. There is no sign, no warning, no communication at all. You just waste your time and fuel for nothing. What makes this even worse is that I am paying for a MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, yet I get treated like this. Totally unacceptable. On top of that, when they are open, the car wash quality is poor and does NOT clean the car properly. Bad management, terrible organization, no respect for customers. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place.

Made the mistake of taking my truck to Bridge Auto Spa yesterday… used to take my cars there in high school but it has been a few years. Since then they must have changed hands. The wash was less than fabulous, especially for $14. There were random grease stains on the one side, my hood was dented by the machine, and the vehicle was just overall not clean. The greeter only prewashed half the vehicle. To top it off the dryers did not come close to drying spots, even windows. There are spots everywhere. Should I have approached management? Maybe. However, I didn’t have much time, so instead I’m just going to go with a “lesson learned” and not waste my money there anymore.

I have monthly service with this car wash and they do a great job

I've been going here for years and with out question it has been a great place, great deal, with solid dudes working there. I've been running my beautiful buggy through there weekly for years and never got so much as a scratch let alone grease all over my vehicle like one post said. Never in a few hundred washes had any real problem, on the contrary. A grade from me.

Got the most expensive wash but car still came out with dirt on all sides. Will not be going back again.
