I just recently purchased a used car from here. Everyone who works there (especially Sarah and Hannah!) are extremely nice. They are a very honest business and tell you exactly what was fixed on the vehicle you are interested in. They let you test drive the vehicle without an employee (which is great because I hate when dealership employees go with you). They offer financing through AAA, the can give you a form to fill out right there. I had a lot of difficulty for weeks trying to go through credit unions and TD Bank trying to get a loan with my bad credit- but AAA finally said yes. Sarah was amazing and let me hold the car with a minimum payment of $100 because I was taking so long to get the loan. But finally I was able to get it and purchase the car! I see a car I like on their website. It says in the description "clean title, low miles". So I call them about said car with some questions, and they tell they don't have the title. Therefore they can't sell it. Synopsis is, either they are incompetent or liers.

Purchased a salvage title Subaru from them in 2017, pricing was 30% lower than the Subaru dealerships. Car has driven well for almost 5 years! Not a single major issue with the vehicle since purchase *knocks on wood* Highly recommend purchasing from them if you're looking for a good vehicle at a low cost.

I bought a 2007 Ford Ranger from Jim's a little over a month ago. I had an excellent experience and I have had no problems with the truck since then. When I bought the truck, it was clean and looked almost like new. Their attention to detail is evident. They were very friendly and even held the car per my request when I was straightening out my financial situation. I would definitely recommend this as a place to buy a car, and I already intend on purchasing my next vehicle there.

Fantastic experience here at Jim's. I was referred here from a friend, and I'm very glad he did. The work is impeccable. My car looks like it had never seen any damage and they gave it an excellent wash to boot. On the customer service end, I can't say enough good things. They were attentive, knowledgeable, and made me confident that I was in good hands. High marks all around, would definitely suggest.
