Our brakes went out at the Buc Ees down the road. We had it towed to Bridgewater Car Care late Friday night. We rented a car and drove to New Jersey. Jennifer kept us informed as they worked on the car. We drove back down the following Friday and drove it home. I'm so glad we were referred to Bridgewater by our new Cousins in the area. Hope to visit the area again.

Very accommodating/understanding as a previous appointment was cancelled. Up front and honest with pricing and unforeseen complications. Was given undivided attention which made appointment go quickly. While waiting enjoyed conversations with front office personnel.

Bridgewater Car Care Inc . Did great job on my Tacoma needed a heater hose that was plastic and replaced with stainless steel which involved taking half the motor and hoses apart . It was done In a 2 days only because of waiting on part . I will be taking all my business there and I highly recommend them and appreciate how they informed of everything.

I took my vehicle there for a simple alignment. I got lied to three times about my vehicle. They drove my vehicle to the other side of Harrisonburg without my permission without me knowing very unsatisfied very poor communications. I would’ve asked you to take it somewhere else it didn’t get done right the truck pulls to the right hand side now, and I noticed that some of the pins has been removed from the ball joints and never replaced.

Very prompt and courteous service! Prices were very reasonable! Car was ready on schedule and the estimate for the repairs was exactly what was promised!
