I needed a car fast as my 2014 Escape had worn out. I called Scott Pratt and told him what I was looking for. A used Escape with low miles and a warranty. I told him I trusted his judgement and he recommended a nice 2023 that checked off all my boxes. We completed the transaction over the phone and I was approved and ready to go all within about 30 minutes. I bought this car sight unseen. I went to the dealership that afternoon and was greeted by the staff and manager who had the car and my paperwork ready to go. Again, it took minutes to sign the paperwork which was all explained perfectly and I was out the door with my new beautiful car in no time.
