Brought my car by to have them look at putting my front lower grille for my car on for me. I assumed the bumper had to come off yada yada but the gentleman Bob came right outside and popped it on for me free of charge- the least I could do is show my gratitude for their honest work. Ill be back when my car needs some love, thanks!

They literally took care of everything from the moment I started the claim, to handling communications with the insurance co. & appraiser, keeping me updated on the status & progress, all the way thru to the finish line when they handed me the keys back to my completely fixed SUV that suffered an unfortunate accident due to this crazy snow season lol. This is my 3rd time using Brilliance and each time they have exceeded my expectations. Bobby and Brian have always been so helpful and professional, always return calls and keep you up to date with the whole process, they are the best in the business. Renee and the crew out back do great, thorough work. If you need a body shop and live in the Canton area you should absolutely use these guys, in the past I have tried other body shops and have always disappointed.
