nadia was AMAZING! she was patient, honest, kind, and very helpful. she did everything she could to make sure i stayed within my budget and was satisfied with the car and the price of the car, with NO hidden fees or taxes either. she accommodated me a lot, and made sure to answer any questions, comments, or concerns i had, and also answered the phone in a timely manner and made lots of availability for me. unfortunately, due to my circumstances i wasn’t able to purchase the car i was interested in with brilliant auto sales. but i will DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone interested in their cars and doing business with them, they are amazing people.

I had a terrible experience at this dealership. The customer service was rude and unprofessional from start to finish. The staff seemed more focused on pushing sales than actually helping me find the right car. I was given false information about the vehicle’s condition, and when I pointed it out, they were dismissive. I felt like they didn’t value my time or business. I would highly recommend avoiding this place if you’re looking for a smooth and honest car-buying experience.

The owner and staff at brilliant auto sales are incredible. Helped me when I was getting my mother a car, very honest and straightforward. Explained the whole process, assisted with registration and incredibly fair in price. Made sure car was detailed prior to taking it off the lot and answers all follow up question.
