I was referred to Brit Tire by High End Motorworks for diagnostic work. Travis was quick to call me back and get me scheduled and is friendly and knowledgeable and followed-up to talk me through their findings, my options for repair and recommendations. Brad at the front desk was kind and professional and the work was done quickly. The team at Brit Tire really took care of me and will have my business for good. I highly recommend this shop and team to everyone and will be endorsing them to friends and family. Thank you for such a good experience during less than fortunate car troubles (3 out of 4 bent wheels… thank you, WV potholes!).
