British 4x4

Brought my 2016 LR4 to address a leaking coolant issue. George and his team were extremely polite and professional, providing me with a detailed recommendation of the vehicle's issue prior to any work being done. Their estimate was almost two thousand dollars cheaper than what I was quoted from a Land Rover dealership. I received the initial estimate of the recommended work on the same day I dropped off the vehicle, and they had it for four days to complete the job. Their communication was excellent throughout the experience, and I would gladly bring my LR4 to them again in the future.

BRITISH 4x4 was friendly and professional through the entire service process. I brought my 2011 Land Rover LR4 to British 4x4 after getting an incomplete, overpriced diagnosis and unimpressive service from A DIFFERENT independent shop in the Maryland area. On the other hand, the team at British not only provided outstanding, knowledgeable, friendly customer service but also they were attentive from the very first scheduling phone call with Jase, to the invoice signature with George and every step in between. My LR4 is high mileage and I’ve worked to keep her on the road, and I trust British to keep her running for a long time to come. They do great work for a reasonable price.

I have been using British 4x4 for several years on 2 different Land Rovers. The service is excellent at a fair price. I haven't been to a dealer for service since discovering B4x4. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs service on aJag or Land Rover
