My seventh Jaguar, a 2005 XJ Van den Plas, was thoroughly inspected by Nick prior to my purchasing it from a local used-car dealer. They patiently and thoroughly pointed out the pro's and cons (it's a 16-year old car after all). Recently, the air suspension system failed and , based on Nick's experience with these cars, I decided to have them remove that system altogether and replace with different and more reliable traditional shocks. Carol is attentive, helpful and provided "limo" service from the BART station to the shop. I find the owners to be honest, direct, practical and knowledgeable. Yeah!!

Glad I found this shop. Not only did they advise me of needed oil and filter for my Jaguar during oil change at neighboring shop that I had a Groupon for, but they invited me to come back if I needed anything else for my car. I returned 3 days later and was treated like a king and my car was repaired in a timely fashion. If you have a Jaguar, BMW, Mercedes, or Porsche this is definitely the place to have them all repaired.

My husband brings his car here when it's had issues. He is highly satisfied with the service provided and repairs done. Mostly, great and honest people!! That's why he keeps coming back. Other shops we have tried in the past have tried to make a profit off us and they don't fix our issue. Thank you British European Motors!!

Absolutely awesome!! Nick and Carol know how to treat a customer! Very knowledgeable with my older BMW. Anything I can't do myself, goes to them. An honest European repair shop does exist!
