Carol and Gene took wonderful care of me, and more importantly, my baby. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. They were able to get my vehicle in and repair it quickly. The cost, in regards to my vehicle, was considerably lower than I had expected. When I picked up my SUV, I left feeling like I was a truly valued customer. I Love this place! Took my car in - got quick service at a reasonable price. Super friendly folks who will not rip you off. I am not sure what's going on with google maps. Nigel, the original owner of British Eurotech is here in Lawndale and super helpful!

Horrible customer service and the owner or manager Nigel is racist. I went to the shop with my classic Rolls Royce and he started telling me the repair to my vehicle wouldn't be cheap and explained that my vehicle was not a Toyota or Ford. Little does he know I own Bentley Continental GT along with several other vehicles. I was extremely disappointed in treatment and service. Do yourself a favor and bypass this establishment.
