Never again. Had tires installed that took over 2 hours. Requested valve stems & what air pressure I wanted per the oe manufacturer. Left after having the tires installed & noticed the car was riding very rough so I checked my tire pressure & they added way to much air & the valve stems are incorrect for the wheels.
Judging from the reviews it seems this place "harvests" cars to get more money from people which is exactly what they have been doing for the past month with my elderly father with my daughters car. It's taken a MONTH for them to fix a car that should've TOPS been a week. Sheriff might have to get involved on this one again! I wish I could leave zero stars.
BEWARE!!! I gave Chuck Britt the opportunity to earn our business of my fleet trucks. He repaired the the A/C on two trucks so I thought everything would be good. I then gave him a truck to repair and he started charging my credit card without consent for random charges. He dodged me for over a month and never provided a receipt or breakdown of services. One of my employees took his personal truck there at the same time for a pulley and serpentine belt where Chuck charged him almost $3,000 within 3 charges and without consent. He also charged over $5,000 in multiple transactions to another one of my employees company credit card would t give him the truck back. After finally turning him over to fraud and getting our vehicles back, we will not be using this crook! STAY AWAY!!!
2010 toyota camry motor swap 4 cylinder book says 12hr it's been 7 months to do this engine exchange. Now it has a oil leak, what he said now it's been a month or more later an still saying he's working on it.
From Va Beach to Dinwiddie today .My dashboard told me i was losing air pressure in left rear. It was 12:05 and they were having lunch. When they found out my 93 year old mom was in the back seat ,they took me right in and i was out by 12:30 . Thank you!!! Go Carolina Blue!!!
