BRO Muffler

After calling BRO Muffler at the end of my workday, I had already received a quote from my usual mechanic and had sent photos to another muffler shop that planned to weld a cracked muffler. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make it out to my regular shop and needed something local near my home in Huntington Beach, so I found BRO Muffler. I asked if I could send a photo, and the owner said yes. After reviewing it, he recommended replacing the entire muffler due to the crack and rust damage. I was hesitant at first, but after talking it through, I realized he was right. He took care of me on the price and completed the work in a timely manner. He’s knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and doesn’t make promises he can’t stand by — which I really respect. My muffler and connected exhaust pipe was rusted and falling off of my car. I called on a Thursday morning to see if I could get in sometime that day. I was in the shop 20 minutes later. He lifted my car and showed me what was wrong (the 2 middle pictures). He told me and showed me what he needed to do to fix it and it took him maybe 30 minutes to fix.
