Broad River Auto Repair

Between Christmas and New Years, we towed in a Hyundai afraid the BCM or starter was out. The same day, the Broad River Auto mechanic found our electrical problem, good news, something easy to fix (for them!) no parts needed. Our car is back on the road, and the price was reasonable. Our experienced tow truck driver said “they’re good people,” always had one-way tows there.

One of the few repair shops where you can totally trust their services. Very personable and great service. Have been using them for years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

This place is great. Prices are affordable (both labor and parts), and they are always pretty quick as well. Very honest people. I was never upsold for unnecessary services. For example, I brought my car in for an oil change and to get my brakes looked at, and was told they still had about 10k miles on them - I'm sure many other shops would have just replaced them.

I had my water pump replaced today. Ernie took his time to show me where the antifreeze was leaking on it and explained how the leak was an indicator that the water pump and belt would eventually need replacing. When he took his time to do this, I felt confident in knowing that I had brought my car to the right place for service and the time to replace the pump was not long at all. Megan was very courteous towards me and even informed me of a recall on my vehicle which the dealership had not informed me of when I had a replacement part done last week. I am very pleased with their service today and will be going back for additional services as needed in the future! I highly recommend this auto service!
