I want to give my appreciation to Broad River Paint & Body shop for my recent experience. On Friday, I had an appointment with them to replace the headlights in my car due to poor visibility and the driver taillight, which sustained water damage. My family and I were traveling out-of state and it was imperative that our headlights were replaced prior to our departure. Although the parts came in late, Tom and his team were able to complete the work to my vehicle in a timely manner and they also washed and vacuumed it! Amazing results!!! I was involved in a minor collision with my classic 1983 Toyota Pickup and these guys tackled the job of repairing the driver's side door (pictures below). Scheduling an appointment was a breeze with Stacy, who was kind and compassionate. Joe was attentive to my needs and honest with me about the repair. The service rendered was lightning fast (in two weeks), offering an outstanding quality of workmanship that exceeded my expectations. WOW! Super impressed with service and timeliness. Stopped by for a quote on my fender, immediately got an all-in quote and a bare bones option from tom, no pressure at all. We decided which option (for a very reasonable price) and ordered the parts. Came back the next week when parts were in, and Tom squeezed us in right before the holidays! They even cleaned off my dashboard. Really pleased.

Unfortunately I have needed the services here twice in the last year for body work on my vehicle following collisions. Thankfully they are prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Getting in a car accident is stressful, dealing with insurance companies, and not having your vehicle are very unpleasant experiences but both times I've utilized the services here, the car repair has been the least stressful part of the ordeal. I know that they're working on getting my vehicle back to me as quickly as possible and with quality work. It has looked and felt great both times I've picked it up. I highly recommend them and will use them for any future body work needs (although I hope not to need their services again any time soon 🙃)
