Broadview - Senior Living at Purchase College

It’s a privilege to live at Broadview —and the best part of it are the people. The residents are interesting, lively, accomplished and very nice. The staff is fantastic— they’re helpful, friendly and professional. I’m very fortunate to live in this beautiful place.

Broadview offers countless positive experiences. Residents can fill their days from dawn to dusk with various activities, including a wide range of exercise classes, engaging lectures, and opportunities to rehearsals and performances at SUNY purchase college. However, the greatest advantage of Broadview is its people the caring and generous residence, as well as the dedicated staff who work together to create a fulfilling experience for everyone

I had the pleasure of visiting this exceptional university retirement living community, and I am beyond impressed with the level of hospitality and warmth they provide. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and friendly faces that immediately made me feel at ease. One of the standout features of this community is the vast array of programs and events available to residents. There is something for everyone, whether it’s fitness classes, arts, lectures, cultural outings, …It’s clear that the community is designed to promote both physical well-being and mental stimulation, keeping residents active and engaged. Highly recommended!

I teach at Purchase College, and my retired dad is eagerly on the waitlist to move in to Broadview. It is always a pleasure to have Broadview residents audit my classes, to work with them mentoring students in their always-interesting fields—and Broadview, the place itself, is just terrific. I’ve been there a half dozen times for events and tours and continue to be wildly impressed. And the food is excellent!

My mother in law is absolutely loving living at Broadview. She is so busy socializing and taking classes that we need to schedule times to visit with her. The staff and facility is fabulous. This was the best move for the next chapter in her life.
