Randy and his team are good people. I love how patient they were with my car. They carefully diagnosed my car and fixed what needed to be fixed. They literally went the extra mile. And I so appreciate an honest mechanic.

This is a top notch shop. My car broke down on my way back to Albuquerque,NM. Randy helped me get a warranty repair claim done and got me back on the road. I've been a owner operator in the trucking industry for over 25 years and seen my share of bad service so when I recommend a shop it's good! Thank you Broadway motors.

We had a wreck on our way back to Texas. The roads were icy, we were lucky we did not get hurt. The towing company recommended taking the truck to this body shop. After dealing with the insurance who always makes it difficult this mechanic made things so smooth. The owner was so nice, polite and great customer service. He definitely was not about trying to take advantage of the situation and take the money. He is affordable and great service! I strongly recommend this shop!

I was on a long road trip with my two daughters when my car started to overheat. We happened to be near the Forrest City exit, so we exited and our hotel recommended Broadway Motors. I can’t say enough about how the excellent service was. Randy not only had us back on the road the next day, but also went out his way to help us by providing transportation to and from our hotel (in the Two Headed Dragon- a car with two front ends he made himself!!). He did all of this for an incredibly fair price. This could have been a really negative situation made positive by kind people, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

Awesome shop and awesome people. I was driving home to Tennessee for a funeral and my water pump went out on my F150. I was able to make it over to their shop and was back up and running in just a couple of hours. Randy (owner) even took me to get some lunch and chatted while we waited for repairs to be done. I can't thank these guys enough for helping me out and making a good experience out of what could have been a terrible one.
