Broadway Service and Tires

Broadway Tire & Service winterized our boat in November of 2023. When we started getting it ready in the spring of 2024, we found water pooling in the stern compartment where both motors are located. Broadway's mechanic came to where the boat was located, evaluated and determined the freeze plugs were blown on BOTH motors, BOTH blocks cracked, as well as other crippling damages. He stated "That's not good." A marina evaluated and gave a rough estimate of 30k in damages including, but not limited to two new motors needed. Broadway will not stand behind the damage they caused in their faulty winterization process, despite numerous conversations that they would "make this right." Once their insurance determined they won't cover liability, instead laying blame on "receiving bad antifreeze,"

I had a nail in my tire and it was completely flat. Took my car to Tire Discounters and they said it wasn’t fixable and I needed a whole new tire, and quoted me almost $400 and also couldn’t do it until the following day. I called Broadway and spoke with Link, he told me to stop by and he’d take a look. He had the tire patched, aired up, and back on my car within 30 mins. Super kind and fast, 100% will be taking my car here from now on!

I "limped" into Broadway Service & Tire's lot with a flat tire. They immediately rolled out a floor jack, removed my wheel, and discovered the tire was unrepairable. They ordered a new tire, installed my spare, and i was on my way in about 15 minutes. I very much appreciated their excellent service!

I wanted to get a quote from this place and when I got there there was only one parking spot left and it was a tight squeeze to the car next to me but I made do. A man who worked there, I assume to be the owner, was in the parking lot staring me down for about a minute before I rolled my window down to see what he wanted. He was very rude and started questioning me on what I was doing there. He was upset I was so close to the car next to me but I really didn’t have an option. I will not be taking my business here.

They managed to knock off my entire spoiler on my Jeep Compass. They never told me or fixed it.
