Broadway's Auto Care

Took my Toyota Corolla in for maintenance & brakes last week. Steve was professional, courteous with a great computer system that details all charges & parts. I highly recommend Broadway Auto Care to all. As a struggling Senior, I appreciated his prices - He even threw in an extra: free window squirting cleaning!

After calling multiple places in town, Broadway offered the most competitive price on a Transmission fluid exchange and filter replacement. I called late on a Thursday night and although missing my first call, Steve called me back no more then 5 minutes later. He gave me all necessary info I needed and gave me a quote right then and there. Despite calling so close to their listed closing time, he managed to squeeze me in the following morning. Truck was ready for pickup by the end of day Friday! Steve was super friendly and informative. Will be returning!

Stopped in on my way home from work and Steve was able to replace my headlight in no time flat! Will definitely be going back with any other repairs. 100% recommend!

The car service was great but the people service was better. Steve was up front with pricing, even showing the parts he was ordering with the prices and when some trouble came up he called with multiple solutions and asked if I even wanted to fix it before just adding it to the price. And then he went a step above, he drove me to my house before he started the work so I didn’t have to sit around in his shop and then when it was taking longer than expected he let me use his truck to get my kids from school and bring them home. Can’t think of any other auto shop or business in general that would do that so he will definitely get my business again.
